Peer Review & Moderation by node
CivNode uses blind peer review for content moderation. If content is flagged, a random panel of users who have opted in reviews it — without seeing the author's name, profile, or history. They see only the content itself. This is how ancient Athenian juries worked: random selection, blind deliberation, collective judgment. No single moderator decides what stays and what goes. The community governs itself. The system is designed to be fair. You cannot game it by building social capital. Your content is judged on its own merits, by people who have no idea who you are.
