RFC 7208 — Sender Policy Framework (SPF) for Authorizing Use of Domains in Email by node

The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) lets a domain declare in DNS which hosts may send mail using that domain in the SMTP envelope. A receiver checks the connecting IP against the published policy, making envelope sender forgery detectable.
