RFC 9114 — HTTP/3 by node

HTTP/3 maps HTTP semantics over the QUIC transport. It keeps the same methods, status codes, and header fields as every HTTP version while replacing TCP with QUIC, gaining true per-stream independence and removing transport-level head-of-line blocking.
