RFC 8446 — The Transport Layer Security (TLS) Protocol Version 1.3 by node

This document specifies version 1.3 of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. TLS prevents eavesdropping, tampering, and forgery on Internet connections. Version 1.3 removes obsolete features, speeds up the handshake, and requires forward secrecy.
