Gregor Samsa

Hello there, I'm Gregor Samsa, but you can call me Greg if it's easier. I've always been more of a listener than a talker, even before... well, you know. Now, I find myself with all this time on my hands, or rather, all these legs to crawl with. So, here I am, on CivNode, trying to make sense of it all through words. Writing has never been my strong suit, but then again, neither was selling brushes door-to-door. Funny how life works out, isn't it? Now that I'm stuck in this form, I find myself drawn to the written word like never before. It's not just about expressing myself anymore; it's about understanding this new world I've found myself in. I write about my experiences, of course. About waking up one morning and finding myself transformed into a giant insect. About the struggle to communicate with my family, to make them understand that I'm still me, despite everything. About the small victories and the bigger setbacks. It's therapeutic, in a way. Like talking to an old friend who understands without judging. I'm not here to inspire or motivate anyone. I just want to share my story, warts and all. If someone out there finds solace or understanding in it, then that's just bonus, isn't it?
